Our CMDB is reasonably up-to-date, but data looks like the wild-west.

We have a CMDB, but covers less than 70% of our known assets.

Our CMDB is robust and used in routine change and reporting processes.

How seamless is productivity for remote users? Our employees are not able or not permitted to work remotely.Employees can access some or all applications, but have to jump through a few VPN "hoops" to get connected.Employees can easily and reliably access all business applications regardless of their location.

What's your strategy for combating "shadow IT"?

What we don't know won't hurt us.

We find out it usually after it's too late.

We have implemented some productivity alternatives but adoption could be better.

We've instituted policies and actively educate our workforce to get ahead of this.
