This Privacy Policy applies to www.technologyspa.com owned and operated by Technology Spa, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how Technology Spa, LLC (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) collects, shares and uses the personal information you provide. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information.
A. What Information is Collected and Used
Technology Spa collects two types of information from users of our sites. We collect personal information, such as your full name, email address, and phone number, if you provide it to us on the “Contact Us” page. We use this information only to respond to your requests. C. Cookies

Technology Spa is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Technology Spa complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Technology Spa is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. G. User Access and Choice
Upon request Technology Spa will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, or delete by emailing our Customer Support at support@techspa.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Opt-out Preferences: When you register for an account, we will use your name and email address to send periodic emails to you of both promotional and transactional in nature. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us at support@techspa.com. We may also send you service related email announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. You do not have an option to opt out of these emails, as they are not promotional in nature.

Testimonials: We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our websites in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@techspa.com.
Social Media Widgets: Our websites include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button, and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website.
